Prior to registration, please review our School Policies. Thank you.

To register for Scuola Italiana di Portland classes and camps you will need to provide us with one the following Registration forms:

• 2012 Summer Camps
• The Art Cubby Enrollment Form
• Children’s Weekend/After School – The International School
• Children’s After School – Catlin Gabel School
• Preschool – ZCC
• SUMMER Adult Classes – First United Methodist Church
• FALL Adult Classes – First United Methodist Church

 

We also would appreciate a photographic release form.

• Photographic Image Consent Form

Finally, for children, we require an emergency contact form.

• Student Emergency Record Form
